UpcomingPropTech Summit 2026 — Bengaluru
Inkers is a featured exhibitor and panelist at PropTech Summit 2026 in Bengaluru — two days on what real construction intelligence looks like when AI meets the site.
Date
23 July 2026
Location
Bengaluru · Sheraton Grand, Brigade Gateway

PropTech Summit returns to Bengaluru this July, and Inkers will be on the floor for both days. The summit pulls together developers, capital, BIM practices, and the construction-tech ecosystem in one place — exactly the audience we built Kaël and Observance for.
Across the two days you will find us in three places: a featured booth on the main exhibition floor, the headline panel on construction AI, and a closed-door technical session for BIM leads who want to see Kaël running end-to-end on a project of their choosing.
Why we're going
Construction is one of the world's largest industries and one of its slowest to digitise. PropTech Summit is one of the few rooms where the buyers and the builders are present at the same time — which is also when we tend to have our most useful conversations.
We are not going to evangelise AI. The people in this room have already decided that AI is real. The question on the table is what specifically construction-grade AI looks like, what it actually does on a live project, and what it costs to deploy at portfolio scale. We will answer those questions with working software and real numbers, not slideware.
The headline panel
Aarav Mehta will join the headline panel — "Beyond the model: what construction AI does on a live site" — alongside leadership from two of India's largest developers and a global capital partner. The panel runs 4:00 PM on Day 1 in the main hall.
Expect concrete claims and concrete pushback. We will be sharing deployment data from active projects across residential, commercial, and industrial asset classes — including the gnarly cases where the model disagreed with the site and the site turned out to be right.
Closed-door technical session
On Day 2 morning we are running an invite-only session for BIM managers and project-tech leads. Two hours, hands-on, with the Inkers engineering team. Bring a project file — anonymised or otherwise — and we will run it through Kaël and Observance live.
Seats are limited to 20. If you would like an invitation, register through the link above and mention "Day 2 technical session" in the form.
See us at the booth
Booth K-12, main exhibition floor, both days. Our deployment team will be on site for the full duration. Drop by and we will run a 15-minute walk- through tailored to your portfolio — no advance booking required.
