Inkers closes Series A to scale Kaël across India's construction industry
Fresh capital will accelerate rollout of Kaël and Observance to mid- and large-format builders, expand the engineering team, and deepen partnerships with leading developers.
Announcement

Inkers, the construction-intelligence company behind Kaël and Observance, today announced a new round of funding to accelerate the rollout of its AI project manager and as-built BIM scanning platform across India. The round was led by a syndicate of strategic and institutional investors with deep operating experience in real estate, construction technology, and enterprise AI.
The investment marks an inflection point for the team — moving from focused early deployments with a handful of marquee builders to a broader push across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
What this means for builders
Builders working with Inkers will see faster onboarding, more capacity for on-site Observance scans, and a steadily expanding library of project archetypes that Kaël can reason over — from B+G+25 residential towers to ten-lakh-square-foot tech parks and Grade-A warehouses.
The funding also unlocks deeper integration work with the engineering, MEP, and structural consultants every builder already trusts, so Kaël slots into existing workflows rather than asking teams to start from scratch.
Where the funding goes

A meaningful share of the round is earmarked for the engineering and applied-AI teams in Bengaluru, with hires planned across model research, geometry processing, and product design. The team is also investing in the Observance hardware and capture pipeline so on-site scans become faster, denser, and more accurate.
Just as importantly, the company is expanding its customer-engineering function — the people who sit alongside builders during the first project, translate concerns into measurable checks, and make sure Kaël earns its keep before any contract is signed.
From the founders
"Construction is the largest industry in the world that hasn't been rewritten by software," the founding team said in a joint note to early customers. "This round lets us go from proving the idea to making sure every serious builder in India has access to it. The roadmap doesn't change — we still build for the people on site, with the people on site."
The company will share more details on hiring, partner programs, and product milestones over the coming weeks.
