Inkers and Prestige Group sign multi-site Observance partnership

Inkers and Prestige Group today announced a multi-site partnership to deploy Observance across active residential and commercial projects in the Prestige portfolio. The agreement covers regular site capture, as-built BIM generation, and continuous deviation tracking from structural stage through handover.

Prestige Group is one of India's most active developers across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail formats — making the partnership one of the largest Observance deployments to date.

Observance teams will scan participating projects on a defined cadence using LITHIC and the LITHIC Drone, producing as-built BIM, deviation reports, thermal overlays, and snag lists from each visit. The output flows directly into Prestige's existing project workflows and is reconciled against design BIM continuously.

Every scan adds another time-stamped layer to the project record, building a fully reviewable history of how each site was actually built.

At portfolio scale, scan-backed reality data turns one-off insights into compounded learning. Patterns visible in one project's deviation history become early-warning signals on the next. Procurement, design, and execution teams begin to share a single language for site truth.
