Kaël Pro launches for large developers and PMC firms

Kaël Pro is the most capable tier of Inkers' AI project manager. It extends Kaël Lite with integrated project planning and execution strategy, advanced cost and risk reasoning, full SHEQ governance, and AI-driven change, claims and risk management — all wired into the same scan-grounded model the site team already uses.

Pro is built for organisations running multiple concurrent projects: large developers, PMC firms, and government infrastructure programs. The intelligence is shared across the portfolio so lessons from one project compound into the next.

The headline addition is procurement intelligence: vendor cycles, materials lead times, and on-site dependencies are reconciled continuously against the schedule, surfacing risks weeks before they hit the critical path.

Procurement teams can see, per project, which materials are about to slip, which vendors are quietly behind, and which scheduled activities have lost their underlying cover.

Kaël Pro covers the full project lifecycle, from feasibility through closeout. Every artefact — drawings, contracts, BOQs, scans, RFIs — is linked to its source document, date, and signatory, so audits, claims, and disputes have a clean evidence trail.
